Overhead Distribution
Teichert Line Services offers advanced overhead distribution solutions, specializing in wood, steel, fiberglass & concrete pole replacements in rear easement and inaccessable to truck locations. Fire hardening to reduce wildfire risks, line reconductors and 4-21kV voltage cutovers for increased system capacity.
We also handle Rule 20A,B,C&D overhead line to underground cable conversions and provide system reliability maintenance, ensuring electrical networks remain safe, robust and adaptable to future demands.
Substations & Switchyards
Teichert Line Services specializes in providing highly skilled composite teams of Journeymen Linemen, Wiremen, and Sub Technicians to construct and maintain substations for electrical utilities, refineries, military, and industrial applications, ranging from 4kV to 500kV.
With expertise in both new construction and maintenance, TLS offers comprehensive services, including the installation and upgrade of power transformers, circuit breakers, capacitor banks, shunt & series reactors, air switches, interupters & disconnect switches, electrical bus(cable, tubing and angle) CCVT, CT & PT metering equipment, grounding grids, structural steel erection, civil work, and underground conduit installations.
Underground Transmission & Distribution
Teichert Line Services brings proven expertise in managing and executing high-voltage underground transmission and distribution projects, from procurement through construction to final commissioning.
With extensive cable pulling, splicing and terminating experience, TLS handles underground transmission & distribution cabling projects from 4kV to 69kV to 230kV.
TLS offers comprehensive high voltage underground cable field acceptance and commissioning testing, including hi-pot, VLF, and point-to-point checks, to ensure systems are operational and safe.
